The shopping experience was fantastic. The team took their time with us, showcasing various pieces, allowing us to try them on, and ensuring our finger sizes were spot on. After we chose the rings, we had a follow-up appointment where they assured us that any necessary adjustments would be handled before the big day. I ultimately chose the Hawthorn design. Growing up in a place named after the Hawthorn, the ring really symbolizes the connection between my past and future. My fiancé absolutely adored the driftwood design 😍.

The customer support was top-notch. Like many others, I made a purchase on Black Friday. Consequently, the wait times for custom sizing were longer than what was initially stated. I ended up changing my mind a couple of times via email until I found a stock item that caught my eye. The customer service team was amazing, accommodating all my requests without any hassle.

I've been a loyal customer of Chupi for quite some time. A few years back, I purchased a necklace featuring my initial disc, and later on, I got my daughter's initial disc to go along with mine after she was born. I wear both of them together every single day. Recently, I reached out to Chupi to see if I could buy the stars in the sky disc separately to add to my current chain. Unfortunately, I was informed that they couldn't sell the disc by itself. This really bummed me out because I don't need another chain; I just wanted that disc to complement the one I already have.

The engagement rings here are ridiculously priced. For the amount I was told at Chupi, I found a much better quality diamond somewhere else. Definitely worth checking out other options!
